Using it from your AI

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Grok about your own matches. Optional, read-mostly, and off by default.

Job Blower can be connected to an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, so you can ask it questions about your own data in plain language instead of clicking through lists. It is optional and switched off until an agency turns it on.

It can read, and it can barely write

The assistant can look at what you could already see yourself: candidates, jobs, matches and their verdicts. It can change almost nothing: it may save a note on a job and mark a favourite, and that is the whole list. It can never see more than the person who connected it.

Know what you are sending

This is the one place where candidate data does leave the server on purpose, because that is what connecting an assistant means: whatever you ask about goes to the AI provider you chose. It is off by default for exactly that reason, and it should be a deliberate decision rather than a convenience.

You stay in charge

An agency admin sees how many assistants are connected right now, which one, for which person, and when it was last used, and can end every connection with a single button. The assistants lose access at once and only return if somebody connects them again.
