Questions we get asked

What it costs, how fast it starts, what leaves the server, and what happens if you stop.

The questions that come up in almost every first conversation, answered in the order they usually arrive. The topics before this one explain how the system works; this one is about what it means to actually use it.

What does it cost?

The price depends on the size of your team and on how many candidates you keep active, so there is no number on this page that would be true for everyone. Ask persolution.swiss and you get a straight answer for your own situation.

How soon does it produce something?

Minutes. The moment a profile is confirmed, that candidate is compared against the whole pool that has already been collected — thousands of jobs — without waiting for the next night. The nightly run then adds whatever the market published that day. You do not spend a week filling in a system before it gives anything back.

Do we have to change how we work?

No. It is a website you log into, there is nothing to install, and the work happens while nobody is there: the run starts at one in the morning and the result is a list waiting for you. Whatever you use today to manage your candidates stays where it is — this sits next to it and hands you jobs to act on.

Which countries can we use it in?

Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Each market has its own sources, chosen for that market; Switzerland and Liechtenstein are run as one pool because the two labour markets behave as one. If your desk needs a market that is not switched on for you yet, say so when you get in touch — that is a matter of hours, not a roadmap.

Where is our data, and what leaves the server?

A CV is read by a model running on our own machine and never leaves it. What does go out is the job advert, which was public already, together with a profile that has had the name and the contact details stripped off it before the comparison is made. Everything is hosted in Europe, and one customer never sees another customer’s candidates. The data topic goes through it in full.

Can we see it on our own candidates first?

That is the normal way in, and it is the only demonstration worth anything: a tool that looks convincing on someone else’s candidates tells you nothing about yours. Get in touch with persolution.swiss and it can be arranged.

What happens if we stop?

The account and what is in it are deleted. Deleting a candidate already removes the CV files and the profile along with them, and closing an account removes the account data. Nothing is held back to make leaving harder than joining. The privacy policy states the retention periods.
