Upload the CV
The profile is extracted automatically: roles, skills, seniority, languages, permit, preferred places of work. You check it, correct what you like, and confirm.

The market comes to you
Every night the job pool is refreshed from the Swiss job boards, job-room (RAV), LinkedIn, Adzuna and the employers’ own applicant systems. Every new job is judged against every active candidate.

Read the verdict
Each match carries a 0–100 score, what fits, what is missing, red flags and a short pitch. Shortlist, compare, mark favorites, and open the employer’s own job page.

Verified sources
Every job page shows where the ad was found and whether each link is still alive. Dead ads are crossed out; the employer’s own page is checked separately.
