What Job Blower is
One CV, read once, matched every night against a shared pool of every open job.
A recruiter uploads a CV. From that moment the candidate is the system’s job, not yours: Job Blower reads the CV once, builds a profile from it, and then keeps looking for that person every single night, for as long as they stay active.
The pool works for everyone
Every open job that has been collected sits in one shared pool. A new candidate is compared against all of it within minutes of the profile being confirmed. That is thousands of jobs, before the next night has even started. And every new job that arrives is judged against every active candidate you have, not only against the one you happen to be working on.
A written verdict, not just a number
A number on its own tells you nothing you can act on. Every match therefore carries a short written verdict as well: what fits, what is missing, what would kill the application outright, and one sentence you can reuse when you present the candidate. You can disagree with it, but you can see what it was thinking.
Built by a recruiting company, for its own desk
Job Blower is developed and run by persolution.swiss, a Swiss IT recruiting company, and it is the tool they use themselves every day on their own candidates. Everything described in these pages exists because someone placing people needed it, not because it demonstrated well.
